LMS API Implementation error using Camtasia SCORM package

I created a video with quizzing functions in Camtasia, produced as a SCORM package, uploaded the folder to my course, and linked to the html file to my course. When I (or my students) click on the link, I receive an error message, "Unable to locate the LMS's API Implementation. Communication with the LMS will not occur." If I click ok, the video still loads, and the quiz still works. I just don't want my students to be confused. What's going wrong? How do I fix it? Any help is greatly appreciated!

This sounds like you're manually adding a SCORM object to the course, instead of loading it as a SCORM object, so Brightspace thinks it's just an HTML page and not a SCORM package, and thus isn't making the SCORM API available that the package is expecting to use.

It sounds as though you may have uploaded the folder and linked directly to the HTML index, which can lead to the issue you describe. Take a look at the steps listed in that link and you may have more success

So, I'm testing Daylight in our testing environment, and following the steps provided in @Joshua van Wijk 's link and I'm getting the same message again. Any ideas why this is happening? Is it the testing environment? Is it Daylight?
