Trying to use Rubrics to grade Discussions

Are you using a holistic or an analytic rubric?
You may find Step 4 in the Assess users in discussion threads article helpful in figuring this out.

Hi @Monika Kulesza , we had the same issue at our university and discovered it was because of the user's browser. Internet Explorer and Edge were not recognizing discussion rubric selections and the grade would not carry over. D2L support mentioned they are working on a fix but there hasn't been any news in a while. Maybe submit another ticket to help push this along?

Our rubrics are filling in with topic score but the rubric feedback is not displaying to the student. This was just happening with one instructor but there was a report from another course just this afternoon.
One is Analytic and one is Holistic.
Any suggestions?
