Permissions: A Grade Item has a Rubric attached. Which permissions are needed for the "Assessment"

In the Course Offering context, I checked ALL of the boxes for "Grades" and "Rubrics" for the role in question. As a Super Admin, the "Assessment" column is available for me, but not for the role in question.

    @Steve Paulson​ Hi Steve,

     

    In order for the role user to evaluate Rubrics attached to grade items then the role must have the below two permissions enabled at the Course Offering level for the Competencies tool,

    {

    See Competencies

    Manage Competencies

    }

    Please provide the above mentioned permissions for the role in question and then check if the Assessment Column is now visible for this role user.
