What's the best way to copy/import a Rubric over from another course? (having issues...)

Trying to import/copy a Rubric from another course. I import it over. Set it to publish. But in Dropbox when I try to add Rubric, it doesn't show up in the list.

    Hi @Moaz Mohammed​ ,

     

    This issue could be due to competencies not enabled for this rubric.

    Can you please enable "Competencies" and see if it resolves the issue?

     

    Edit Rubric > Enable 'Competencies ' under Advanced availability

    Related to Rubrics, I created a Rubric in just my main D2L Rubric section, not in any specific course. If I click on the gear icon and under Course Management, Rubrics, and create a Rubric there. It doesn't show up in a specific course. Is it because I'm an Admin?
