Learning Repository not showing up in Publish dropdown

I've just created my first Learning Repository. I've given the staff group I belong to complete access. It's set to be private, but appear in search results (search by default: yes; public access: no). Yet, when logged in as me, and I choose to publish to a Learning Repository, my repository is not a choice. Do I need to set a particular permission to have it appear? Or are dropdowns not updated instantly? It is less than an hour old, but other dropdowns in D2L update quickly, so I didn't think this would be a problem. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

It was just a perms issue. I was in an org unit that was not allowed access. That would certainly do it.
