Can you change the Welcome to ePortfolio message?

Is it possible to change the wording used in the Welcome to ePortfolio message? The message mentions sharing items but our organization isn't utilizing that feature at this time and would like to remove it from the message, if possible.

You can either completely disable the Welcome message popup
CVB d2l.Tools.ePortfolio.ShowEPWelcomeDialog ( User )
Or add custom value in the Language Management
Tool Package: eP_Dashboard Collectio: Home Term Name: lblDashboardIntroTxt
