@Katrina Stafford Looks like if you minimize the Criteria area, you can still save and run the IA without having any agent criteria set (however, this may get "fixed" in the future): https://community.brightspace.com/generic/s/feed/0D55W000006N133SAC
If an agent criteria is necessary, could you add release conditions based on "role in current org unit"?

Thank you!!!! We have been beating our heads against this. We didn't want to add an all-encompassing release condition because we would have to update the org in every course copy.
