Circular linking in this site

I'm new to this community and so far, not impressed. I signed up so I could find/upvote a product improvement idea or suggest it myself. I click on "Product Ideas Exchange" I get the following error message: Not authorizedError: Not authorizedYou are not authorized to view the page you are trying to reach.If you believe you encountered this page in error, and that you should have access to the resource you are trying to access, contact technical support. I go to the "Contract Us" which isn't actually contact us - it's "Let's Talk" from the home page. When filling out the email form at that bottom of that page, the "Select a Topic" option "Technical Support" tells me: "You can find the support number for your institution/organization directly in the LE environment." - these are the people who told me to go to the Product Ideas Exchange in the first place. "If you do not see this, please visit our Community for help." Which is where the Product Ideas Exchange link that started this email is.

    Hi @John Mills​ , it can take a day or so for your PIE enrollment to work its way through the system, but I see that your account is now updated so you should be all set.
