Linking Brightspace to my Capture Portal

I am trying to embed my livestream capture into my LMS. However, when students try to access the livestream they are asked for their credentials again (inside the livestream window) Please help. Thanks

Hi @Jeremy Shimmerman , if the Capture live event is accessed properly (via ISF embedding or Capture Widget) there shouldn’t be additional login dialog. However, if one simply grabs the embed code from the portal, bypassing SSO, then yes, the credentials dialog will pop up.

Yes that helps. We were trying to copy and paste the embed code straight into the HTML rather than using the 'insert stuff'. Thanks
