As of July 2023 we're introducing a new Rank in our D2L Brightspace Community to help all members differentiate between comments or answers provided from members versus those offered by D2L Employees. Your D2L Staff Member rank helps to identify you as a D2L-er in Community and still allows you to earn points on the Leaderboard. As a new Community member you can:
- review all documentation and public forums
- access free courses and teaching tools in the Brightspace Learning Center

Please note:
- You will not be able to post an image to the Community until your first post has been reviewed by a Community member and posted to the forum

- Your first post will be reviewed by a Community Team Member between 9am–5pm ET Monday-Friday.

- Once your first post has been reviewed and posted to the site, you will have full access to post to all forums and to include images.
