Can't turn on Portfolio - no toggle in Org Tools?

The page "Turn On Brightspace Portfolio" says under Admin Tools > Organization Tools, Switch the Portfolio toggle to On. https://documentation.brightspace.com/EN/portfolio/administrator/turn_on_portfolio.htm Under both Availability & Org Unit Defaults, there is no Portfolio toggle. ePortfolio is on, but that's a separate tool. https://community.brightspace.com/generic/s/question/0D56100001FIn1wCAD/portfolio-vs-eportfolio

    Hi @Francis U.​,

     

    I have tried replicating your issue without success. If you're not seeing the toggle at all, I'd recommend contact support and filing a ticket to see if they can investigate your Brightspace instance.

     

    On a related note, we don't recommend using Portfolio and ePortfolio together. The recommendation is to use one tool only.

    The documentation site contains incorrect information.

    The Portfolio toggle was not available in our Admin Tools until our D2L Technical Acct Mgr activated it from their end.
