Unfortunately it doesn't appear to be possible to export the exact answers of Multi short Answer and Short Answer type questions.

 

Currently, through a Report or the Statistics of the Question Details, you will only view the number of time an answer that was given matched the answer term of the question. Anything that does not match one of the answer terms is reported as being "Other".

 

The student's exact input would still be available if you look individually at each student's submission at least.

I'm sure this could benefit a lot of instructors and facilitate statistical reporting.
