Unit/Lesson retrieved from LOR doesn't contain content?

I published a single unit to the LOR. When I published it to a different course:The text in the Unit and nested Lessons was missing (I could re-add it after the fact)The HTML topics nested beneath the unit/lessons have content. Is this expected behavior? I would expect that the text in the unit/lessons would be included when published to the LOR.

Turns out this is a bug or configuration problem. I had a meeting with an LOR consultant today and he confirmed it.
