LTI 1.1. Strange 'role' parameter.

A few days ago brightspace (we use partners.brigtspace) started to provide POST 'role' parameter with value:
"urn:lti:instrole:ims/lis/Student,Student,urn:lti:instrole:ims/lis/Learner,Learner,urn:lti:instrole:ims/lis/Instructor,Instructor,urn:lti:instrole:ims/lis/Mentor,Mentor,urn:lti:instrole:ims/lis/Staff,Staff,urn:lti:instrole:ims/lis/Administrator,Administrator,urn:lti:role:ims/lis/Learner,Learner,urn:lti:role:ims/lis/Member,Member" during the LTI 1.1 connection.
This value is observed in both students and administrators accounts. So it becomes impossible to distinguish administrator from the student on LTI Provider side.
Is it some kind of mistake?
