How do I import all of a student's data from one course offering to another

Please help. This is a case where a student who was in one course offering progressed up to Unit 2 in a course with 4 Units... the student drops out, but later wants to continue in a new course course offering from Unit 3 to Unit 4. We want to be able to have all of the student's data in the old offering (Assessments, Quizzes, Assignment Sumissions, Content visited/completed, Progress, release conditions) to be in the new course offering when he/she proceeds.
