When you create a new HTML page, is there a way to choose which folder it saves into?

If I want to organize my course content into folders:

1. I create a new HTML page
2. It saves in the main course folder.
3. I have to navigate to Manage Files, then move the HTML page into the right folder.

Is there a way to choose where an HTML page saves?
