Add MindTap deep links after initial course integration

I successfully integrated MindTap into my Brightspace course. Now, I'm trying to add more MindTap deep links to my course, and the Cengage content tool under Course Builder is not working. I've tried dragging the Cengage icon to a course module and also clicking on the Cengage icon and then selecting the course module. Both methods are not working now. After I select the module, nothing happens.
How can I add additional deep links after I've already integrated Brightspace with an external content source?
