People in an custom administrative role are appearing as students when instructor uses Quick Eval. What role properties might allow this?
We have defined a customer support role. Users in this role are enrolled in courses, but not as students, and they do not appear in the course roster. They can do things like have access to the classlists and submit assignments. They also have the permission to be evaluated. I was wondering if a permission comes to mind that could allow someone users with these roles appear in Quick Eval as not having submitted an assignment, even though they are not actual students?
