I am getting so frustrated with Brightspace!

I am just getting so angry while trying to set up my courses in Brightspace. I need help with multiple things and I can't seem to get any help!!
I am trying to copy assignments from one course into multiple courses and I tried following instructions in the Community but it isn't working 😡
At this point I am getting fed up and I just want to talk to a person.
