How do I change user role to SuperAdmin at the organizational level?

Hi, I have an employee that was enrolled as a learner when he joined, but now needs SuperAdmin access at the organizational (not course) level. How do I do that?

If the user account was created through your Holding Tank / SIS Integration you will need to create a User XML file and run it through the SFTP connection. If it wasn't then you can go into the Users admin tool and change his role there. What we do here is everyone has there normal college username account. So that account is either student, faculty, or staff depending no there job/status at the college. Then we create an additional account for Admins. So regular role would be like this jonathandsorrenti and admin role would be like this sorrentij

Thanks @Jonathan Sorrenti the latter was the correct answer for my case. It was just a matter of remembering that the Organization level was actually an Org Unit that could be searched for and changed in the Enrollments section.
