Why is my awards issued data set not updating even though I have issued awards?

    The 212 bytes are only the headers for issued awards

    Hi @Saumil Patel​ ,

     

    There is a Known Issue with the Award Issued data set in Learning Environment version 10.8.10. It seems Awards issued at the course level are not exported into the Awards Issued data set. This issue is expected to get fixed in upcoming releases.

     

    My initial thoughts are that this issue is tied to that Known Issue. However, I will be able to be better confirm if I may know your Org details.

     

    Depending on your convenience, you may either log a case with D2L Support or provide me your Org details so I can double check and confirm.
