How do I bypass/resolve this error screen when trying to access manage grades link in course shell?

It's possible that there is an issue with the order of the grades and this is why users get errors.

Can you try url hacking?

Access the reordering page

https://client'sURL/d2l/lms/grades/admin/manage/reorder.d2l?ou=orgID

and review if the order is correct.

You can also change the order of one or two grades>save and change the order back.
