Alternatively, I was thinking I could score all of them using the rubric, then go to the gradebook and override the scores by selecting all the students who submitted and using Set grades. BUT will they see that feedback in that case?

How can you define which tab (Student, Instructor, Admin) roles appear under on the classlist?
I created a few new roles. They are appearing on the classlist under the "All" tab, but I would really like them to show under the "Instructor" tab but cannot find how to adjust this. How can I go about accomplishing this. Thanks,

One thing I notice is the emailed notifications tend to be very delayed. Thus we end up putting in tickets that may not have been needed, if we had received the outage info in a better timeframe.
