Removed the Social Media configuration variables topic. These configuration variables are no longer available.
Created the Continuous Professional Development data sets topic.
Updated the List of Advanced Data Sets topic to add three ADS related to Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
Added About the CPD Tool, Set Continuous Professional Development (CPD), CPD configuration variables and CPD Permissions topics.

Updated the Manage Award icons and templates topic to add the new {CertificateID} replacement string.
Updated the About Awards topic to add information about the replacement string {CertificateID}.
