Hello Approved Support Contacts!
We continue to work toward improving your experience with the creation of the D2L Status Page. The purpose of this dashboard is to provide you and all your end users with real-time updates regarding the availability and status of your Org(s). You can access the status page at: https://status.d2l.com
This status page uses the same data as you receive in your “D2L Impacting Event Notification” emails, your Client Availability Dashboard and “My Orgs” tab of the ASC Brightspace Community Homepage, so you can trust that issues you are informed of are also displaying on the new D2L Status Page when you receive a notification or check the status of your orgs in the community.
When all services are available, the site will indicate this with messaging that reads "All Services Operational"

If there is impact to a few services, the site will indicate this with messaging that reads "Service Disruptions":

Each of the service categories for your page can be expanded to see their components:

How do I see outages affecting a particular URL?
You may not be affected by every service disruption that occurs. In light of this, you can enter your main Brightspace url in the search bar of the Status Page to learn whether you are affected by any disruptions at this time.
Note: This only works for the primary URL for each production org. To see the status of non-production orgs you can look in the ASC Homepage in the community

You’ll notice the URL has changed to reflect your particular site, and this URL can be linked to wherever you would like to direct your users to this page to check if any service disruption is occurring.
How do I see historical outages affecting a particular URL?
The “View Incident History” feature will display any events that we have notified about in the last 90 days. In many cases, this means this button will simply bring up a pop-up which indicates history error messages:

If there has been an issue this Brightspace site was affected by in the last 90 days you will see an impact timeline that offers a summary and updates on the event:

Help and Options
There is a help (?) in the top right which describes how to use the site to end users if there is any confusion.
There is the option to toggle on dark mode and also to toggle on auto refresh so the site automatically updates every minute if there are any updates:
