Questions about content in your course / course expectations
If you have any questions regarding content in your course, or the course expectations:
- Contact your Instructor:
- Their email can generally be found within the course's Course Outline / Syllabus, or the Classlist:
- Course Outline / Syllabus:
- Click on Content.
- It's placement may vary from course to course, but it is generally one of the first items in your course.

Classlist:
- Click on Course Tools.
- Select Classlist.
- Locate your Instructor.
- Check whether their email is listed.

Your course content is not visible
Please follow these steps if you are unable to locate a content item in your course:

Check the Syllabus and/or your Instructor's announcements.
- Do they mention any prerequisites for viewing the content?
- If yes, make sure you have met the prerequisites.

If either no prerequisites have been met, or you have met the requirements, and the content is still not visible:
- Contact your Instructor, as they will have to make the content visible.
- Ensure you are using a recommended browser to access the site (we recommend Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome)
- ?If you are still having issues, please contact the support team via the main portal page.

"Not Authorized" or "Page Not Found" error when trying to access a content item

Please follow these steps if you are encountering a Not Authorized error when accessing a content link:

Check whether the link is to a course tool (Assignments, Discussions, Quizzes, etc).

If yes:

Go to that tool directly:

Locate and access the item.

Once accessed, go back to the content link, and check if the link works.

If the item cannot be found:

Check the Syllabus and course news to verify whether the item.

Contact your instructor.
- They will have to investigate why the item is not visible.
- If no:
- Contact your Instructor
- They investigate why the link is not working
- Advise them to contact us directly if they have any questions.

"File Not Found" error when click on a content item

This error can occur if the item was either deleted, or was not imported into the course:
- Contact your Instructor to notify them of the issue
- They must look into the issue to try and locate the file.
- If they are unsure on how to resolve it, they must contact us directly for assistance.
