How to insert equations correctly

To insert equations:

From the Course Homepage, go to Discussions:
Enter the Topic to post in.
Click Start a New Thread:
Click Show all Components icon:
Select the Graphical Equation icon.
1. Click drop-down arrow beside icon for other options:
Add the equation.
Click Insert.

How to post an attachment into a Discussion Topic

To post an attachment in a Topic:

From the Course Homepage, go to Discussions:
Click the Topic title to post in.
Click Start a New Thread:
Select Insert Stuff:
Click Browse:
Select the file, and click Open:
Click Upload:

How to create a quicklink for a Discussion Topic or Forum within another Topic

To create a quicklink within a Topic to another Topic or Forum:

From the Course Homepage, go to Discussions:
Select the Topic title to post in.
Click Start a New Thread:
Click Insert Quicklink:
Select Discussions.
Click the Forums title:
1. Click the + sign to make link directly to the Forum.
2. Click the Topic title to make link to that specific topic (the link will have same name as topic).
3. Click the pencil icon next to a Topic title to the alter link text:
