Select the Issue:
I am unable to click Start Quiz
Please follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:
- Please check whether your Quiz has a Start Date or End Date.

- You will not be able to start the quiz until the Start Date is reached.

- Additionally, the quiz will not be accessible after its End Date.

- If the quiz should currently be visible, please Contact your instructor.

The save button in my quiz is unresponsive
Please follow these steps if the Save or Save All Responses buttons are no longer responsive:
- Duplicate the tab that your quiz is in:
-
- Google Chrome: Right-click the tab and select Duplicate

- Firefox: Hold down Ctrl and drag the tab with your mouse to either the left or right

- Safari: On the current tab, Hold down Cmd + L then press Cmd + Enter
- Alternatively: Open a new browser and attempt to re-enter the quiz and continue from where you left off.
- If the timer has run out, Contact your instructor to request that they reset your quiz attempt.

The Submit Quiz button is not working
Please follow these steps if you have reached the end of the quiz, but it does not allow you to submit your attempt:
- If there is time remaining on your quiz attempt:
- Make sure you saved your answers
- Exit the Quiz, and re-enter it
- If there is no time remaining on the quiz:
- Contact your instructor and explain your issue.
- As long as your answers were saved, your quiz will show as In Progress
- This will allow the instructor to view the attempt and the answers you've submitted.

My quiz attempt needs to be reset
Please Contact your instructor, and inform them of the issue.
- Only instructors can decide whether to reset an attempt.
