Please note that your D2L email is intended to only allow one-way communication.

Both Students and Instructors can only send external emails
You cannot receive emails of any kind in Brightspace

I am unable to access my student email

For issues regarding your student Email address:

Where can I find my Instructors email?

You can find your Instructors email address in the following areas:

Course Syllabus:
- This can often be found in Content, either in Overview, or in the first Module in your course.
- It's placement may vary from course to course.
Classlist:
- Click on Show Search Options
- Under Role, select Instructor
- Hit the Search button
- Alternatively, you can look at the Role column, and find the row where it lists Instructor.
