Where can I activate my eBook code?
First check whether the code you purchased is for a VitalSource or a Pearson MyLab product.
Please note: Some Pearson products are offered through VitalSource. Please go to VitalSource to redeem them.
Pearson MyLab/eText:
- Access D2L.
- Go to your Course.
- Click Content.

- Locate the MyLab Module (ex. MyAccountLab).

- Click on MyLab Pearson eText.

- Enter your access code.
- Please refer to My Access Code / eBook does not work if you encounter any issues.
VitalSource:
- Go to https://www.vitalsource.com.
- If this is your first time using the site, click Create Account.

- Otherwise, log into your existing account.
- Once logged in, Redeem your code using the following information:

- Institution: Saint Leo University
- City/State: Saint Leo - Florida
- Zip Code: 33574

My Access Code / eBook does not work
Please refer to the scenario that is most applicable to you:
My Access Code is not working:
- Only codes purchased from one of the two Saint Leo bookstores are accepted:
- If you purchased the code from a different site (such as Amazon), please contact Abbie Luoma:
- A new code will be provided and your current code will be deactivated.
- Please note: A new code cannot be provided if you purchased a used text with an expired code. A new code will have to be purchased.
My Code works, but my eBook is blank:
- Please make sure that you are using a supported Browser:
- Use the System Checker to confirm your browser has the necessary plugins installed.
- If the issue persists after confirming that your browser and plugins are up to date, please contact Abbie Luoma:

How do I get a physical copy of my eBook?
The steps required to acquire a physical copy of your eBook differ for both VitalSource and Pearson texts.
It usually takes 3-4 days for your book to arrive from the time you request it.
Pearson MyLab/eText:
Pearson MyLab/eTexts require that you access your course in order to request a physical copy.
Please note:
- your course can be accessed 4 days prior to its start date.
- If you would like to purchase it sooner, please contact Abbie Luoma:
Otherwise, follow these steps to request the physical copy of your text:
- Access D2L.
- Go to your Course.
- Click Content.

- Locate the MyLab Module (ex. MyAccountingLab).

- Click on Textbook Print Upgrade.

- Follow the instructions listed on the page.
Vital Source eText:
VitalSource physical copies can be requested once you've added the eText to your VitalSource Bookshelf.
- Go to https://www.vitalsource.com.
- Access your Bookshelf.
- From the sidebar, select Print on Demand.

- Follow the instructions provided on the site.

My eBook link says my Instructor has not setup the course
This issue occurs because your instructor needs to activate the eBook content in their course.
